Mike Crosby, Principal
Mike brings over 22 years experience in the computer electronics industry with an impressive track record of building and developing successful businesses from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. With this experience and knowledge, Mike also brings strong, trusted relationships with top partners and manufacturers industry-wide.

Mike's experience spans a variety of functional areas including Sales, Marketing, PR and Operations. Additionally, Mike has extensive experience and knowledge in consumer electronics as well as vertically positioned commercial solutions. Mike also has a keen knowledge and experience across multiple channels including distribution, retail, ecommerce, VAR, DMR, government and education. Prior to launching Concilitec, Mike held executive positions with leading technology and consumer product companies, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at 3dconnexion, a Logitech Company. Prior to 3dconnexion, Mike held the position of Director Channel Sales, Americas at Logitech, the Director of Distribution Channel Sales, Americas for Fujitsu and held management positions at AST Research and Forecast Systems, Inc. At Concilitec, Mike leads a professional team of consultants in the sales, operations and marketing arenas, each consultant having a minimum of 20 years experience in their related fields.


Board of Advisors:

Ron Haskins
Ron is currently the VP Finance Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Logitech. In addition, over the past eight years, he has served in senior finance functions in the US as well as Europe. Ron is known in the industry as a financial executive who works with the business to implement strategies to deliver maximum positive financial impact.

Ron's previous experiences encompass over 25 years in senior financial management positions at Dell, NEC, GTE Government Systems and Shell Oil. In addition to holding senior finance positions in major corporations, Ron was also Chief Financial Officer for Moses Computers, a high tech startup and Electronic Space Systems Corporation, a privately held defense contractor. Over the duration of Ron's career, he has resided in numerous companies expanding sales and profitability from millions to billions.

Ron holds a BS Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.


Gary Brothers
Gary is a 33-year CE industry veteran. Gary is known in the industry as a seasoned executive and a calculated risk-taker willing to invest ahead of trends to gain market positioning. Gary was named president of D&H Distributing in 1999. Over a 9-year period, Gary guided the company through an era of outstanding growth, delivering growth from $400M to an approximately $2B. Gary delivered this growth by expanding new channels, working with new manufacturers, instilling a culture of employees as owners and generally being willing to try new things if it fit with the business.

Gary has been named one of CRN magazine's Top 25 Executives for the past five years and is now a true industry thought leader.


John V. Crosby, Ph.D.
John is a former Fortune 500 senior executive with over 35 years of experience in high-technology manufacturing, business services and management consulting. He is experienced in both domestic and international operations and has held technical and management positions ranging from design engineer to CEO.

John has also authored two books, one on strategic marketing and sales and the other on practical forecasting techniques for marketing and sales. He is one of the 50 primary contributors to the Blue Chip Economic Indicators and is editor and publisher of "Turning Points" and "Micrometrics", monthly publications that assess macroeconomic risk. John holds a Ph.D., M.A. and B.S. degrees in Psychology from Arizona State University.

John brings a unique perspective to the Conciltec team: a seasoned executive with practical experience combined with academic training to deliver highly informed insights.
